Hajj
How does Hajj registration work from the UAE?
Hajj follows Saudi Ministry of Hajj quota and timelines. Submit an interest inquiry through our website or visit our Abu Dhabi office. Our team will guide you through the current process and document checklist.
Are Mina and Arafat included in Hajj packages?
Yes, standard Hajj packages include ritual arrangements as per the official package structure. Exact hotel and camp details are confirmed closer to departure.

What room sharing options are available?
Quad, Triple, Double, and Single room options are available with different per-person pricing in AED.
Can elderly guests get hotels close to the Haram?
Yes — please mention this when you inquire. We prioritise walking-distance or short-shuttle hotels for elderly guests and guests with mobility needs.
Payment
How do I pay?
All payments are in AED. You can pay by bank transfer or visit our Abu Dhabi office during office hours (Sat–Thu 10AM–10PM, Friday 2PM–10PM). There is no online card payment on this website.
When do I pay the deposit?
After we confirm your quote and travel dates. We will share bank details and the deposit amount via WhatsApp (+971 2 635 5540) or at the office.

Is Ziyarat included in packages?
Most group Umrah and Hajj packages include guided Makkah and Madinah Ziyarat. Private Ziyarat can be arranged on request. Tourism packages include destination-specific guided tours.

What is included in Umrah packages from the UAE?
Umrah packages from Aljoker Travel typically include visa assistance, hotels near the Haram, airport transfers, Makkah–Madinah ground transport, and guided Ziyarat. Return flights from UAE airports (AUH, DXB, SHJ, AAN) may be included or optional — confirm with our Abu Dhabi office.
How long does an Umrah package usually last?
Most packages are 10–21 days. Economy 15-day and premium 12-day options are among our most popular departures from the UAE.
Can I book an Umrah package departing from Dubai or Sharjah?
Yes — we arrange packages departing from Abu Dhabi (AUH), Dubai (DXB), Sharjah (SHJ), and Al Ain (AAN). Mention your preferred departure airport when you inquire.
Visa
How long does Umrah visa processing take from the UAE?
Umrah visas typically take 7–14 working days after complete documents. Processing times can vary by season and Saudi authority schedules.
What documents do I need for Umrah as a UAE resident?
A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), UAE residence visa or Emirates ID copy, passport-size photos (white background), and any health or vaccination requirements at the time of application.
