By submitting an inquiry or booking with Aljoker Travel, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability, airline schedules, and Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah regulations (where applicable). A booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required deposit in AED.

2. Pricing

All published prices are in AED and indicative. Final quotes may change with hotel, airline, and visa fee updates. Always confirm the current quote with our Abu Dhabi office before payment.

3. Documents

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate passport details and a valid UAE residence visa or Emirates ID. Delays or rejections due to incorrect or expired documents are outside our control.

4. Conduct

Pilgrims must follow Saudi laws and Islamic etiquette in the Holy Cities. Tourists must respect the laws and customs of each destination country.

5. Liability

Aljoker Travel arranges travel services in good faith. We are not liable for force majeure events, airline delays, or third-party service failures beyond reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi emirate.
